Indian Style
Ohh.. pple ask me "do u celebrate chinese new year?" (in all their innocence i shall presume). And i can't help it but heap on more confusion to these confused minds ('confused' is another word for 'innocent' here) by choosing to view the word "celebrate" in a way different to theirs - i.e. to celebrate is to rejoice. and so "yes, i do 'celebrate' ON chinese new year." Simple as that.
But well that's not reali that's true.. especially in the sense that, well, chinese new year fell on days which negated one week to jus one day. one day which pple viewed as "a day to come to sch jus because THEY said we must". hmmm.. anyway, in any sense, since friday we have our 'dear beloved cross country', (for those who can't see scarcasm when its laid flat out in front of you, i'll be nice enough to offer a translation: 'xxxxxxxx x-country') we have an ominous 'treat' (again for those i mentioned earlier:!@#$%) in store for us that we can look forward to (i'm tired of offering translations, so jus believe wat u want to believe).
new vows:
- i'm going to become fit, up to n higher than sec 3 standard.
- i'm going to actually do all my tutorials on the weekend in preparation for the week (chinese new year is not considered a weekend)
- i'm going to have enough energy after cross country to run another 4.8 km, by hook or by crook... (nah, who m i kidding?.. definitely by crook)
- i'm going to try n solve a little problem regarding... erm.. distractions.
- i'm going to blog every weekend. yar i am, okay... stop sniggering!!
- i'm going to keep these vows jus as my dear friend shaWiza shaWi keeps hers.
yay wish me luck in tmr's cross country. nah i wont need it. cos i wont use it. byeeez~!
